About Afrodehye

The African Organisation for the Development of Heritage and Youth Education (AFRODEHYE) is known for the development of qualitative Cultural Heritage awareness, Poverty Relief programmes, Education Advancement, Women Empowerment programmes, Social inclusion and welfare programmes, Health advocacy and Childdren & Youth support programmes.

The foundation was registered in Ghana as a charity in 2017 on the initiative of Ken Papa Nkrumah Johnson, a philanthropist and its goal is to promote and protect national heritage of Ghana as an element of African cultural heritage. We pursues its mission by organising projects and becoming involved in a range of education, outreaches, sporting activities, and similar activities.

The idea of establishing the foundation was born out of a need to take care of the cultural heritage our motherland, Ghana. The foundation is driven by a desire to preserve and promote the amazing Ghanaian monuments and whilst enhancing knowledge exchange.

Please get involved and work with us by becoming either a sponsor or volunteer. If you wish to learn about the African culture and how to reconnect, we can assist you to achieve that. We also offer private and group bookings, if you require our dancers to entertain you and your guest.
